You probably spend too much time on your phone. But you don’t need me to tell you that. You need your dog to tell you that. So I built an app that does just that.
In the app you can set rules like: “For every X minutes spent on “your distracting app of choice” block it for Y seconds.”
When an app is blocked, it is covered with a customizable “shield” and you can put your dog’s photo and a message on the shield.

All of the features mentioned above are free, although the app offers some premium features like location based break rules or locking editing of the break rules with a countdown timer.
